采用不同的平整工艺对连续退火780MPa级别的冷轧双相钢进行平整试验,研究了平整伸长率对连续退火780MPa级别双相钢力学性能的影响,并建立了平整伸长率与780MPa级别双相钢力学性能的函数关系模型。研究表明:随着平整伸长率的提高,780MPa级别双相钢的屈服强度提高,抗拉强度保持不变,同时均匀伸长率和总伸长率均有所下降。
The effect of flattening elongation on the mechanical properties of 780MPa duplex stainless steels was studied by using different flattening techniques. The effects of flattening elongation on the mechanical properties of 780MPa dual phase steels were studied. Function Relationship Model of Mechanical Properties of Phase Steel. The results show that with the increase of the flattening elongation, the yield strength of 780MPa double phase steel increases while the tensile strength remains unchanged, while the uniform elongation and total elongation decrease.
