目前,烟草企业利用精益化管理对企业财务进行管理,旨在降低烟草企业运营成本,优化资源配置,提高资源的利用率,实现企业的最大利润,以便适应当前激烈的企业竞争与时代发展。本文就精益化管理视角下烟草商业企业财务管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出应对策略,以期为烟草企业的持续发展提供一些建议。
At present, the tobacco companies use lean management to manage the financial affairs of enterprises, aiming to reduce the operating costs of tobacco enterprises, optimize the allocation of resources, improve the utilization of resources and maximize the profits of enterprises in order to adapt to the current intense enterprise competition and the development of the times. This article analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of tobacco commercial enterprises from the perspective of lean management, and puts forward the countermeasures to provide some suggestions for the sustainable development of tobacco enterprises.
