人是生产力中最活跃的因素,人力资源是第一资源,充分开发人力资源是当今全球综合国力竞争的大趋势,是全面建设小康社会的必然选择。本文从人力资源开发的视角探讨了我国职业教育的现状及存在的问题,并在对职业教育中存在问题的根本原因进行深入剖析的基础上,提出了相应的对策和建议。
Human beings are the most active factor in the productive forces. Human resources are the primary resources. The full development of human resources is the general trend of global competition in overall national strength and an inevitable choice in building an overall well-to-do society. This paper discusses the status quo and existing problems of vocational education in our country from the perspective of human resources development and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the root causes of the problems in vocational education.
