在当前建设学习型社会的大背景下,终身学习已成为社会各界的共识。基于此,继续教育便成为一种重要的学习方式,受到广泛的关注和重视。如何创新新时期下的专业技术人员继续教育管理模式,已成为当前业内普遍关注的课题。笔者结合自身工作实践,在本文中探讨了专业技术人员继续教育管理工作的主要特征,提出了专业技术人员继续教育管理模式的创新途径,供业内同行借鉴参考。
Under the current background of building a learning society, lifelong learning has become the consensus of all walks of life. Based on this, continuing education has become an important learning method, which has received widespread attention and attention. How to innovate the continuous education management mode of the professional and technical personnel in the new era has become a common topic in the industry. In this paper, the author discusses the main features of the continuous education management of professional and technical personnel in this paper, and puts forward innovative ways to continue the management of professional and technical personnel for reference for the industry peers.
