目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)与骨涎蛋白(bonesialoprotein,BSP)在非负荷期非埋植型种植体周围骨界面改建中的作用。方法:选用健康雄性杂种犬8只,在其下颌植入非埋植型种植体,分不同时期处死动物。采用免疫组化方法,对不同时期非埋植型种植体-骨界面OPN与BSP进行动态观察,研究种植体-骨界面中OPN与BSP在界面改建过程中的表达变化。结果:种植义齿植入后在非负荷期,随着种植体周围骨组织发生改建,种植体-骨界面表达OPN和BSP有明显规律性,代表其染色强度的灰度值OPN从79.53±2.33增加到122.17±0.65;BSP从79.71±0.55增加到122.82±0.85。1周时界面OPN与BSP都有表达,2周时表达达到高峰,1月时逐渐下降,3月时趋于正常(均P<0.05)。结论:非埋植型种植体在非负荷期,种植体-骨界面OPN与BSP表达的变化有明显的规律性,且OPN与BSP能促进其界面的改建。在维持种植体与骨界面之间的骨性结合形成中起重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of osteopontin (OPN) and bonesial protein (BSP) in the remodeling of bone interface around non-implant implants. Methods: Eight healthy male dogs were selected and implanted non-implanted implants in their mandibles. Animals were sacrificed at different times. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the changes of OPN and BSP in the non-implanted implant-bone interface at different periods and to investigate the expression of OPN and BSP in the interface of implant-bone interface. Results: During the non-loading period after implantation, the OPN and BSP expressions on the implant-bone interface were obviously regular with the remodeling of the bone tissue around the implant, indicating that the gray value OPN of the staining intensity increased from 79.53 ± 2.33 To 122.17 ± 0.65; the BSP increased from 79.71 ± 0.55 to 122.82 ± 0.85, and the expressions of OPN and BSP at the 1st week were peaked at 2 weeks and gradually decreased at 1 month, and then normal at March (all P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The changes of expression of OPN and BSP at implant-bone interface in non-implantable implants have obvious regularity. OPN and BSP can promote the alteration of their interface. Plays an important role in maintaining the formation of osseous binding between the implant and the bone interface.
