工会组织的建立和工会职能的发挥是任何一家企业、单位能够发扬民主精神,正常运行发展的基本保障。从国企工会的职能履行来看,为国有企业员工谋利益,为国有企业的整体发展保驾护航,这是国有企业工会的基本使命。随着国有企业改革的逐渐深化,国企工会应坚守使命,摆正位置,从服务出发,创新自己的职能履行方式与策略。
The establishment of trade union organizations and the performance of trade union functions are the basic guarantees that any enterprise or unit can carry forward the spirit of democracy and normal operation and development. From the perspective of the performance of the state-owned enterprise unions, it is the basic mission of the state-owned enterprises unions to seek benefits for the staff of state-owned enterprises and escort the overall development of state-owned enterprises. With the gradual deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the state-owned enterprise unions should stick to their missions and put their positions right. Starting from services, they should innovate their own ways of carrying out their functions and strategies.
