延长铝电解槽的使用期限问题包括提高阴极碳块的抗裂性问题。焙烧的时候在槽底出现裂纹的原因之一同碳块和导电钢棒的线膨胀系数相差很大有关。由于钢棒横向和纵向的热膨胀的结果形成了裂纹:1——《须》状裂纹;2——与阴极碳块纵轴垂直的裂纹。本文研究了以一套更加合理的槽底焙烧制
Extending the pot life of aluminum cells involves the problem of improving the crack resistance of the cathode carbon block. One of the causes of cracking at the bottom of the cell during baking is the large difference between the coefficients of linear expansion of carbon blocks and conductive bars. Cracks formed as a result of thermal expansion in the transverse and longitudinal directions of the bar: 1- “beard” -like cracks; 2 - cracks perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cathode carbon block. This paper studies a more reasonable bottom firing system
