建设社会主义新农村,既需要雄厚的物质基础,可靠的政治保障,也需要有力的精神支撑和良好的文化条件。因此,加强和谐文化建设,对实现社会主义新农村建设的总体目标尤为重要。和谐文化建设实现“生产发展、生活宽裕”的关键,是实现新农村“管理民主”的重要途径,应与农村“乡风文明”建设紧密结合起来。同时推进生态文化建设,实现“村容整洁”。
