目的分析并研究采用绿激光气化术治疗非浸润性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取本院2015-09-2016-09收治的86例非侵润性膀胱肿瘤患者作为研究对象。采用电脑随机抽取的方式将所有研究对象分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组患者予以单次经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术进行治疗,观察组患者予以绿激光气化术进行治疗。对比两组患者平均手术时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后住院时间和术后肿瘤复发率、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的术后平均手术时间、术后留置尿管时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组患者;观察组患者的术后肿瘤复发率、术后并发症发生率均明显低于对照组患者。两组各项指标对比均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床采用绿激光气化术对非侵润性膀胱肿瘤患者进行治疗,能够明显缩短患者平均手术时间、术后留置尿管时间和术后住院时间,且能够明显降低术后肿瘤复发率和并发症发生率,效果显著,绿激光气化术值得应用并推广。
Objective To analyze and study the clinical efficacy of green laser vaporization in the treatment of non-invasive bladder tumor. Methods Totally 86 patients with non-invasive bladder cancer treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects. All the subjects were divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group randomly. Patients in the control group were treated with single transurethral resection of the bladder tumor, and patients in the observation group were treated with green laser vaporization. The mean operation time, postoperative indwelling catheter time, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative tumor recurrence rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The average postoperative operative time, the time of postoperative indwelling catheter and the postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The postoperative tumor recurrence rate and postoperative complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group Control group patients. The two groups of indicators were statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusions The clinical use of green laser vaporization in the treatment of patients with non-invasive bladder cancer can significantly shorten the average operation time of patients, postoperative catheterization and postoperative hospital stay, and can significantly reduce postoperative tumor recurrence rate and concurrent The incidence of disease, the effect is significant, green laser vaporization should be applied and promoted.
