目的探讨加倍剂量善得定治疗食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的疗效。方法40例因食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者随机分为加倍剂量组及常规剂量组 ,分别给予善得定50μg/h及25μg/h维持静点 ,观察止血疗效。结果加倍剂量组及常规剂量组善得定治疗食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血均疗效明显 ,总有效率分别为94.74 %和95.24 % ,两组无显著性差异。结论善得定是一种治疗食管、胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的有效药物 ,常规剂量25μg/h即可收到显著疗效 ,无需无限制增大剂量
Objective To investigate the effect of doubled dose of Goodadine in the treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding. Methods Forty cases of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding patients were randomly divided into double dose group and conventional dose group, respectively, given good Sedation 50μg / h and 25μg / h maintain the static point to observe the effect of hemostasis. Results Double dose group and conventional dose of good set for the treatment of esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding were significantly effective, the total effective rate was 94.74% and 95.24%, no significant difference between the two groups.
