建设工程项目造价是一份十分繁琐细致,并且需要结合经济和技术这两个方面的工作,因此就需要相关的工作人员具有一定专业技术知识的同时也需要有较高的预算水平。然后在实际的工作过程中,常常会由于多方面的因素直接导致工程造价的工作出现一定的问题,比如技术的不断更新、材料的不断更新等等。还存在一些施工单位为了达到更大的经济效益而通过高套定额单价、多计工程量的方式来提高工程造价。并且还会由于工程造价的涉及项目广、存在频繁变动等问题造成工程造价问题的错误。从当前工程项目全面造价管理中存在的问题入手分析,并针对这些问题提出有效的对策,达到从根本上解决这些问题的目的。
