IL-8及IL-8R可在白血病细胞上结构性表达;其不同的表达情况反应白血病细胞的不同活化状态及白血病的不同病理过程;检测其水平可对临床疾病转归提供辅助依据;rh IL-8有可能成为新的理想的干细胞动员剂。
IL-8 and IL-8R can be structurally expressed on leukemia cells; their different expressions reflect different activation states of leukemia cells and different pathological processes of leukemia; detection of these levels can provide an auxiliary basis for clinical disease outcomes; rh IL -8 may become a new ideal stem cell mobilizer.
