面对近年来许多国内外大型多元化公司竞争力锐减,甚至有些以多元化失败告终这一事实,理论界和业界展开了深刻的讨论。讨论中虽然出现各种不同观点,但在构架基于核心能力的相关多元化战略模式上却趋向统一。然而,由于核心能力的普遍模糊和缺乏分析工具,公司在寻找和开发核心能力的过程中遇到了困难,进而降低了相应战略的可操作性,大多数公司都没有实现真正的基于核心能力的相关多元化经营。本文试图通过引入战略性资产概念,在核心能力与相关多元化之间架设一座桥梁,以提高基于核心能力的相关多元化战略模式的可操作性,以期为公司具体制定多元化战略提供一定的参考。
Faced with the fact that many large domestic and international large-scale corporations have been losing their competitiveness in recent years and some have even failed in diversification, there has been a profound discussion between theorists and the industry. Although various views emerged in the discussion, they tended to unify in the framework of diversified strategic models based on core competencies. However, due to the general obscurity of the core competencies and the lack of analytical tools, the company encounters difficulties in finding and developing core competencies, which in turn reduces the operability of the corresponding strategies. Most companies fail to achieve a true correlation based on core competencies diversified operations. This article attempts to establish a bridge between core competency and related diversification by introducing the concept of strategic assets to improve the operability of related diversified strategic modes based on core competencies so as to provide certain reference for the company to formulate diversified strategies .
