本标准适用于所有公办和民办的各级各类职业院校。申请中央财政支持建设实训基地的职业院校所在省份的地方政府、学校主管部门,必须坚持大力发展职业教育的方针,制定推进职业教育改革与发展的相关政策;大力调整高中阶段教育结构,扩大中职招生规模;进一步加大高等职业教育的投入
This standard applies to all public and private vocational and vocational colleges at all levels. The local government and school departments in the provinces where vocational schools applying for the establishment and training of the central financial support for the construction of practical training bases must adhere to the policy of vigorously developing vocational education and formulate relevant policies for promoting the reform and development of vocational education; and vigorously readjust the educational structure of senior secondary schools and expand Secondary vocational enrollment scale; to further increase investment in higher vocational education
