目的:探索孕期营养指导在围产期孕妇保健工作中的应用价值。方法:选取120例围产期孕妇为实验对象,随机分两组,两组各60例,观察组和对照组分别采用孕期营养指导和常规营养指导。结果:观察组孕妇蛋白质、钙物质、铁含量、钾含量高于对照组,脂肪、钠含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕期营养指导在围产期孕妇保健工作中效果显著。
Objective: To explore the application value of nutritional guidance in pregnant women in the health care of pregnant women during perinatal period. Methods: 120 cases of perinatal pregnant women were selected as experimental subjects, randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The observation group and the control group adopted nutrition guidance and routine nutrition guidance during pregnancy respectively. Results: The contents of protein, calcium, iron and potassium in pregnant women in observation group were higher than those in control group, while the contents of fat and sodium were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nutritional guidance during pregnancy has a significant effect on the health care of pregnant women during perinatal period.
