第一章总则第一条根据国务院《国营企业劳动争议处理暂行规定》(以下简称《规定》),结合我省实际,制定本细则。第二条本细则适用于《规定》第二条规定的劳动争议。国营企业行政与职工之间发生的下列劳动争议,也适用《规定》和本细则: (一)因停发、扣减职工工资发生的争议; (二)因工作时间、休息时间和休假发生的争议; (三)因劳动安全和劳动卫生发生的争议;
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the State Council’s Provisional Regulations on the Dispute of Labor Disputes in State-owned Enterprises (hereinafter referred to as the “Provisions”) in light of the actual conditions in our province. Article 2 These Rules apply to the labor dispute stipulated in Article 2 of the “Provisions”. The following labor disputes between state-owned enterprise administrations and their employees also apply to the “Regulations” and these Detailed Rules: (1) disputes arising from the deduction of wages due to suspension; (2) disputes arising from working hours, rest breaks and vacations Controversy; (3) disputes over labor safety and labor hygiene;
