高速公路档案信息化建设指的是运用信息技术开发档案信息资源,做好档案管理工作,保护高速公路档案资料,提高档案的利用率。高速公路档案信息量大,资料混乱,人工管理费时费力。改为信息化管理,节省人力资源,且便于资料的分类和整理。高速公路信息化建设一旦全面落成,将大大提高高速公路档案的利用效率,档案资源的信息共享化程度获得很大程度的提升,档案的分类管理和储存都很容易实现,且易于查找和复制。
