针对应用写作课程的教改活动从来没有像今天这样丰富,教改成效何以不够显著?笔者认为,这与应用写作教学研究“重教学过程,轻教学主体”有关。研究教师如何教、学生如何学的教改项目和教改论文很多,而针对教学主体——应用写作教师自身如何练好“内功”的问题却少有专项研究。据调查,高校的应用写作教师绝大多数“出身”“汉语言文学”专业,他们有着较为扎实的中文基础,接受过系统的镶着“文学”金边的写作理论的学习;绝大多数的中青年教师,是从学校到学校,缺乏应用写作必备的社会阅历和社会经验,除了撰写过学术论文
