用三元络合物测定各种物料中钛的资料较多,但在钢铁和高温合金中应用较少,我们参照了有关文献,试验了用于钢铁及高温合金中钛的分析方法。实验证明:方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简单,稳定性和精确度均满足要求。 (一)主要试剂 1.二安替吡啉甲烷溶液1%:10克二安替吡啉甲烷溶于20毫升浓盐酸中,用水稀至1升。 2.变色酸溶液0.3%:称取变色酸1.5克,无水亚硫酸钠及碳酸钠各1.5克,溶于水中,稀释至500毫升,贮于棕色瓶中,可用一周。 3.钛标准溶液(0.1毫克/毫升);称取光谱纯二氧化钛0.1668克,加10克硫酸铵,加浓硫酸20毫升,加热至溶解完全,冷却后,稀释至1升。
