目的:探讨多西他赛联合顺铂(DDP)在治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌中的疗效及毒副反应。方法:27例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,给予多西他赛与顺铂联合治疗,21天为一个治疗周期.至少2周期评价疗效。结果:全组27例中,完全缓解(CR)2例,部分缓解(PR)9例,无变化(NC)8例,进展(PD)8例,总有效率(OR)为40.74%。主要不良反应为血液学毒性,中性粒细胞下降、血小板下降和血红蛋白下降的发生率分别为70.37%.33.33%和51.85%。结论:多西他赛联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌近期疗效好,耐受性较好.无严重毒副反应。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and side effects of docetaxel combined with cisplatin (DDP) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: 27 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with docetaxel and cisplatin, 21 days for one treatment cycle, and at least 2 cycles for evaluation. Results: There were 2 cases of complete remission (CR), 9 cases of partial remission (PR), 8 cases of no change (NC) and 8 cases of progression (PD). The total effective rate (OR) was 40.74%. The main adverse reactions were hematologic toxicity, neutrophil declination, thrombocytopenia and hemoglobin declines were 70.37%, 33.33% and 51.85% respectively. Conclusion: Docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer has good curative effect and good tolerability, without serious side effects.
