目的:检测人宫颈癌基因(HCCR)蛋白在人结肠癌组织中的表达,了解其表达与结肠癌临床病理特征之间的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常结肠组织、21例腺瘤组织和56例结肠癌组织中HCCR的表达.结果:HCCR在正常结肠组织无表达;腺瘤组织和结肠癌组织中表达率分别为48%和77%,HCCR在结肠腺瘤组织和结肠癌组织中的表达明显高于正常结肠组织,差异有显著性(χ2=13.061,P<0.05),结肠腺瘤组织和结肠癌组织中表达有显著差异(χ2=6.056,P<0.05).HCCR表达与结肠癌组织学类型有关(χ2=5.714,P<0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移和Dukes分期均无明显相关.结论:结肠腺瘤组织和癌组织中HCCR处于过度表达状态,与结肠癌的早期发生密切相关,HCCR在诊断结肠癌中的价值可能优于CEA和CA199,但不如两者联合检测.
Objective: To detect the expression of human cervical cancer gene (HCCR) protein in human colon cancer tissues and to investigate its relationship with the clinicopathological features of colon cancer.Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 20 normal colon tissues and 21 Cases of adenoma and 56 cases of colon cancer.Results: The expression of HCCR in normal colorectal tissues was 48% and 77%, respectively.The expression of HCCR in colorectal adenoma tissues and The expression in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal colon tissues (χ2 = 13.061, P <0.05). There was significant difference between colon adenocarcinoma tissues and colon cancer tissues (χ2 = 6.056, P <0.05). The expression of HCCR was correlated with histological type of colon cancer (χ2 = 5.714, P <0.05), but not with age, gender, tumor size, tumor location, histological grade, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage.Conclusion: HCCR in adenoma tissues and cancerous tissues is overexpressed, which is closely related to the early stage of colon cancer. The value of HCCR in diagnosing colon cancer may be superior to that of CEA and CA199, but not as good as the combination of the two.
