北方建造的户用温室沼气池,冬季由于气温低,不能正常产气,甚至多年不用成为废弃池:或由于进、出料麻烦,农户不愿用而成为空闲池。这些废弃、空闲的沼气池保温性能好,温度恒定(一般在14～17℃)。蒜黄生长的适温为10～30℃,最适温度为15～25℃,而且不需要光。因此,这些废弃、空闲的沼气池正是栽培蒜黄十分理想的生产场地。充分利用这些废弃、闲置的沼气池生产蒜黄,具有省工省时,劳动强度小,管理简便,生产成本低,产量高,品质好,经济效益显著等特点。
