为进一步了解“慢肾康”减轻肾纤维化的机制,在检测肾组织形态的基础上,用免疫组化方法了分析肾组织基质成分的变化。发现、治疗组动物肾小球中纤维连接蛋白沉积明显少于对照组,而胶原Ⅳ型的减少不显著。肾间质中纤维连接蛋白,胶原Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型也减少,但两组间无显著性差异。研究表明“慢肾康”通过减少纤维连接蛋白在肾小球内的沉积而减轻肾小球纤维化程度。
In order to further understand the mechanism of “Shen Shen Kang” to reduce renal fibrosis, based on the detection of renal tissue morphology, the changes of matrix components in kidney tissue were analyzed by immunohistochemistry. The concentration of fibronectin in the glomeruli of the animals found and treated was significantly less than that of the control group, whereas the decrease of collagen type IV was not significant. Renal interstitial fibronectin, collagen type III and type IV also decreased, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Studies have shown that “Shin Shen Kang” reduces glomerular fibrosis by reducing deposition of fibronectin in glomeruli.
