地震灾害的破坏性不言而喻,应用遥感技术快速地获取震害信息,给救援工作提供决策依据显得极为重要。长期以来基于像元的影像解译方法已不能满足震害评估技术的发展和实际需要,而近年来提出的面向对象则被证明更精确有效,也能更好地适应高分辨率遥感技术的发展趋势。本文简述了国内外采用面向对象对遥感影像进行震害信息提取的研究进展,总结了其研究现状并对现存问题进行了分析,结合面向对象技术的特点给出了几点建议,最后分析了发展趋势。
Destructive earthquake disaster is self-evident, the application of remote sensing technology to quickly obtain damage information, to provide decision-making basis for rescue work is extremely important. For a long time, pixel-based image interpretation methods have failed to meet the development and actual needs of earthquake damage assessment techniques. In recent years, object-oriented models have been proved to be more accurate and effective and can better adapt to the development of high-resolution remote sensing technologies trend. In this paper, the research progress of object-oriented remote sensing image damage information extraction at home and abroad is briefly reviewed. The research status of the damage information extraction is summarized and existing problems are analyzed. Some suggestions are given based on the characteristics of object-oriented technology.
