本文对安徽省十四个地区(市)三十四个县级以上城镇45,335例健康人群进行了血红蛋白电泳普查,发现 Hb 电泳异常者85例,阳性检出率0.187%。异常 Hb 有 H、J(含 K)、G(含 D)、A’_2、E 五种组型,包括了国内已发现的所有组型。曾对30例异常 Hb 肽链分析,发现-链异常者仅占10%,β-链异常者占90%。又对15例异常 Hb 作一级结构分析,发现有 HbG Coushatta(β~(22)谷→丙)、Hb Taipei(β~22)谷→甘)、Hb Bangkok(β~(56)甘→天冬)、Hb Qucen(~(34)亮→精)、Hb New York(B~(113)缬→谷)、HbE(β~(26)谷→赖)。另对54例异常 Hb 首证者进行了家系分析,均出现有上下代遗传关系。
In this paper, we performed a hemoglobin electrophoresis screening on 45,335 healthy people in 34 towns and above county level in 14 districts (cities) in Anhui Province. There were 85 cases with abnormal Hb electrophoresis and the positive rate was 0.187%. Abnormal Hb with H, J (including K), G (including D), A’_2, E five types, including all the types have been found in China. Thirty cases of abnormal Hb peptide chain analysis found that only - 10% of abnormal chain, β-chain abnormalities accounted for 90%. In addition, 15 cases of abnormal Hb were analyzed by primary structure.
