本文通过四组(正常对照组、石英组、合68组,合68+克砂平组)大鼠实验,观察合68对染尘大鼠支气管肺冲洗细胞(主要是肺泡巨噬细胞)的影响。合68组大鼠细胞数和酸性磷酸酶活性均低于石英组,其差异有显著性意义;扫描镜下,肺泡巨噬细胞吞噬现象活跃,崩解前夕的大型巨噬细胞,破碎细胞和石英微粒数均低于石英组;透镜下巨噬细胞核活跃,次级溶酶体增多,线粒体和粗面内质网改变轻微,结构尚完整,肺Ⅱ型上皮细胞和表面活性物质较石英组少,提示合68可能具有保护吞噬细胞,对抗石英的细胞毒作用。
In this paper, four groups (normal control group, quartz group, a combined group of 68, combined with 68 + g sand flat group rats experiment to observe the combination of68 on the bronchial lung flush cells in infected rats (mainly alveolar macrophages) . The nuclei of macrophages under the lens were active, the secondary lysosomes were increased, the changes of mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were slight, the structure was still intact, the type Ⅱ epithelial cells and surfactant were less than the quartz group, Tip 68 may have the protection of phagocytic cells against the cytotoxic effect of quartz.
