福建省十届人大常委会第十二次会议审议通过的《福建省企业女职工劳动保护条例》1月1日正式施行。这部法规是采纳福州代表团省人大代表刘若兰等人的议案,针对企业女职工在经期、孕期、哺乳期内的劳动保护问题专门进行的立法。先前讨论得沸沸扬扬的关于产前检查费能否报销、哺乳时间是否计算劳动时间、失业人员分娩是否可获补助等问题都有了肯定的答案。
Fujian Province, the twelfth meeting of the Tenth NPC Standing Committee reviewed and adopted by the “Fujian Provincial Enterprise Female Labor Protection Ordinance,” January 1 came into effect. This regulation adopts the motion of Liu Ruolan and others of provincial people's congress of Fuzhou delegation to legislate specifically for labor protection of women workers in enterprises during menstruation, pregnancy and lactation. The previous discussions, which have aroused great controversy, affirmed the answers to questions such as whether reimbursement of prenatal examination fees, whether breast-feeding time was to be worked out and whether childbirth from the unemployed could be subsidized.
