各位代表: 甘肅省人民委員会委托我把本省1957年財政决算和1958年财政預算安排意見向大会作如下报告。請予審查。 (一)1957年决算 1957年是我國在政治思想战线和經济战线上取得重大勝利的一年。甘肅同全國一样,在各級党政的正确領导下,取得了整風运动和反右派斗爭的偉大勝利,把各項工作都推向了一个新的更高的水平,从而促进了增產節約运动的深入开展,促进了全省國民經济和各項建設事業的迅速發展,这就給勝利完成本省1957年財政收支任务提供了充分的物質基礎和思想基礎。1957年预算执行結果,总的收入超收,支出結余。可以肯定,这一年的财政工作是获得了顯著成績的。
Distinguished Delegates: The Gansu Provincial People’s Committee entrusted me with the following report to the General Assembly on the 1957 fiscal accounts of our province and the 1958 budgetary arrangements.
