塔河油田的水平井产量优势明显。但水平井 177.8mm尾管的固井质量差 ,严重影响了油田的评价与开发。在TC4 2 3、TH10 5、TH10 6、TH10 7、TH10 85口井当中 ,仅TH10 6井的声幅测井合格。为适应今后生产发展的需要 ,工程监理中心对水平井 177.8mm尾管固井作了专题研究 ,通过室内试验优选出可有效驱替含油钻井液的水泥浆配方 ,选择性能可靠的井下工具与合适的施工参数 ,制定出保证套管下到位的措施。通过 6口井的试验 ,1次固井合格率达到 10 0 %,其中优质率 5 0 %。

Passing the test of 6 wells, the pass rate of primary cementing reaches 10%, of which the high-quality rate is 50%.
