采用痰细菌学培养及药物敏感性试验对51例老年2型糖尿病并发社区获得性肺炎患者进行痰细菌学检查及药敏试验。结果:老年2型糖尿病并发社区获得性肺炎患者的主要致病菌为:肺炎链球菌、大肠埃希茵、肺炎克雷伯、金黄色葡萄球菌。各菌属对万古霉素、利奈唑胺、替考拉宁、多粘菌素、米诺环素敏感率最高。结论:老年2型糖尿病并发社区获得性肺炎以革兰阴性菌感染为主,感染菌对多种常见药物耐药性高,对新药、高价药敏感性高,治疗成本大,应引起临床医师的高度重视。
Sputum bacteriological culture and drug susceptibility tests were performed on sputum bacteriological tests and drug sensitivity tests in 51 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with community-acquired pneumonia. Results: The main pathogens of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with community-acquired pneumonia were Streptococcus pneumoniae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus. Each strain of vancomycin, linezolid, teicoplanin, polymyxin, minocycline, the highest sensitivity. Conclusions: Gram-negative bacteria are the main cause of community-acquired pneumonia in elderly type 2 diabetes patients. Infectious bacteria are highly resistant to many common drugs, sensitive to new drugs and expensive drugs, and should be treated by clinicians highly valued.
