幼师教育工作中对男教师的需求量不断加大,但是由于幼师教育的特殊性,男教师的输出却供不应求,这种情况在少数民族地区尤为常见。要想从根本上转变这种现象,我们就要从教育的源头抓起,在宣传引导方面,不仅要加大国家政策干预力度,还要转变人们对学前专业男教师的观念认识,增加男教师的职业认同感,同时在生源以及教育模式上更要实现转变,为幼教更好的发展而提供专业型人才。本文通过分析少数民族地区学前专业男教师培养的现状,探讨了一些男教师培养模式的新路径,以供广大教育部门以及幼教培养工作者参考。
The demand for male teachers in kindergarten education continues to increase, but the output of male teachers is in short supply due to the special nature of kindergarten education. This situation is especially common in ethnic minority areas. To fundamentally change this phenomenon, we must start from the source of education. In terms of publicity and guidance, we must not only step up our efforts in national policy intervention, but also change our understanding of the concept of pre-school male teachers and increase the number of male teachers Professional identity at the same time in the source and education model to achieve more change, for the better development of early childhood education to provide professional talent. By analyzing the current situation of the development of pre-school male teachers in ethnic minority areas, this paper explores some new ways of training male teachers for reference by educational departments and early childhood education workers.
