目前,中国有关改革的讨论存在着一个共识:就是改革要配套,要创造有利推动改革的环境。而配套及创造有利推动改革的环境离不开政治改革。中国人民比较容易忍受物价改革上的失误以及承受所带来的损失,但是却不能容忍党风、官风的腐败。政治体制改革,加强社会舆论监督,痛下决心从上而下整顿贪污腐化,是推动经济改革的先决条件。目前要求中国建立西方民主国家那样的多党制,采取象美国那样的“三权分立”制度,是不切实际的。但要是中国领导人仍然认为“现在的

Supporting and creating a favorable environment for promoting reforms can not be achieved without political reforms.
