在煤矿实际生产中受地质构造影响工作面会呈现不等长,为了解不等长工作面顶板运动规律,在综采支架上安装连续记录智能化压力仪表记录液压支架立柱的压力变化。矿压观测数据经过理论分析可知,随着回采工作面长度不断加大,工作面液压支架立柱平均压力随着增大,而顶板周期来压步距呈逐渐减小的趋势。当工作面长度增大到一定长度后,工作面平均压力和周期来压步距将趋于一个稳定值,这为不等长工作面进行顶板控制设计提供依据。
