本文研究了硅酸锌矿直接酸浸工艺中的主要技术关键及其解决途径。通过采用控制浸出终酸pH值1~2,温度45~80℃,时间1~2小时,锌离子浓度100~140克/升,SiO_2<15克/升,可以获得使溶解的SiO_2不发生胶凝作用,能降低浸出矿浆的粘度,固液分离顺利进行,锌浸出率>95%,过滤速度1.5~3米~3/米~2·小时的结果。在研究诸多因素中,酸度、溶液中硅酸及其电解质成份的离子浓度影响最大。
