新增供应4万平米根据北京房地产交易管理网信息,2007年5月北京共有2个项目获得了新的写字楼预售许可,共有约4万平方米的新增供应投入市场。这两个项目分别是位于金融街区域的WHOSE和上地区域的硅谷亮城。其中,WHOSE项目位于西城区太平桥大街,由恒奥房地产投资开发。项目地上7层,2层以上为写字楼,1层为商业。本次获准上市部分是A座和B座,写字楼面积约3.85万平米,目前拟售均价为23800元/平方米。
