钢筋混凝土现浇板具有良好的整体性和抗渗、抗漏性能强等优点,在近几年的房屋建筑中得到了广泛的应用。但钢筋混凝土现浇楼面板的裂缝是目前较难克服的质量通病之一,且在住宅工程楼板裂缝发生后往往会引起投诉、纠纷以及索赔等问题。裂缝产生的原因可分为:①设计原因产生的裂缝:②施工原因产生的裂缝;③使用原因产生的裂缝。现阶段施工原因已成为现浇板楼面裂缝的主导因素。
The reinforced concrete cast-in-place slab has the advantages of good integrity, strong impermeability and leakage resistance, etc. It has been widely used in house construction in recent years. However, cracks in cast-in-place concrete slabs of reinforced concrete are one of the common problems that are difficult to overcome at present, and problems such as complaints, disputes, and claims often arise after floor cracks occur in residential projects. Causes of cracks can be divided into: 1 cracks due to design reasons: 2 cracks caused by construction reasons; 3 cracks caused by use. The reason of construction at this stage has become the dominant factor in cracks on cast-in-place floor slabs.
