To clarify the clinical feasibility of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for women with symptomatic early breast cancer, two hospitals in the UK randomly studied 100 women who participated in the experiment. They had early (stage 1 to 2) breast cancer, and Vascular symptoms and vaginal dryness caused by estrogen deficiency. Within 6 months of participating in the experiment, HRT was selected or not applied. The main observations were the number of patients treated and the rate of long-lasting treatment. RESULTS: 38.8% (100/261) of the women underwent the test. A total of 100 patients were involved, of which 51 did not take tamoxifen and 49 had been treated with tamoxifen. The persistent treatment rate is 80%, 75% of women continue to use after the end of clinical trials
