我们过去的研究结果表明汉防己甲素(Tetraodine简称汉甲素)可明显地抑制大鼠实验性矽肺的进展,并在临床上得到初步试用,发现部份矽肺患者经汉甲素治疗后,在X线胸片上的团块影或结节影有不同程度缩小或减少的表现。为了在大动物身上进一步验证其疗效,我们进行了汉甲素对猴矽肺的疗效和毒性研究。
Our past results show that tetrandrine (TCA) can significantly inhibit the progression of experimental silicosis in rats and has been initially tested in clinical practice. It was found that in some silicosis patients, X-ray on the block shadow or nodules have varying degrees of shrinking or reducing the performance. In order to further validate its efficacy in large animals, we conducted a study on the efficacy and toxicity of hantylin on monkey silicosis.
