核电设施的安全性研究

近年来,我国经济快速增长与国家整体电力相对不足之间的矛盾越来越突出。另一方面,国家也面临着温室效应和油价不断上涨等各种各样的难题。在这种情况下,大力推动我国核电事业的发展已迫在眉睫。可以预测,未来的核电站数量将大大的增加,然而核电站的安全性问题一直以来都是人们关注和讨论的焦点。结合在日本核电站实习的经验,从几个方面研究了核电站的安全问题,认为建立对核电设施安全性的风险评价和管理体系是安全发展核电事业行之有效的措施。

In recent years, the contradiction between the rapid economic growth in China and the relative lack of electricity in the country as a whole has become increasingly prominent. On the other hand, the country is also facing various problems such as the greenhouse effect and rising oil prices. Under such circumstances, it is imperative to vigorously promote the development of nuclear power in our country. It can be predicted that the future number of nuclear power plants will greatly increase, however, the safety of nuclear power plants has always been the focus of attention and discussion. Combined with the experience of internship at Japanese nuclear power stations, the safety problems of nuclear power plants are studied in several aspects. It is believed that establishing a risk assessment and management system for the safety of nuclear power facilities is an effective measure for the safe development of nuclear power industry.
