物资存货是县级供电企业发展过程中不可或缺的一项流动资产,其中整个供电企业中占据非常重要的作用,而且与供电企业的流动资金存在着非常密切的关系。基于此,实践中为确保供电企业正常生产经营活动,应当强化物资存货管理,认真做好存货规划、决策以及控制工作,这对于县级供电企业的可持续发展,具有非常重要的作用。本文将对县级供电企业物资存货管理过程中存在着的主要问题及其成因进行分析,并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议,以供参考。
Material inventory is an indispensable current asset in the development of county-level power supply enterprises, of which the entire power supply enterprises play a very important role and have a very close relationship with the liquidity of power supply enterprises. Based on this, in practice, in order to ensure normal production and operation of power supply enterprises, material inventory management should be strengthened and inventory planning, decision-making and control should be conscientiously done, which plays an important role in the sustainable development of county-level power supply enterprises. This article will analyze the main problems existing in the process of material inventory management of county-level power supply enterprises and their causes, and on this basis, puts forward some constructive suggestions for reference.
