信息的价值在于质量。什么叫信息?如果从概念上讲,有一种概念是这样说的:信息是对于一种不确定性的消除。所谓信息。一定要给别人点什么,或是给点启发,或是给点教训,或是给点鼓舞,总之,它是一种不确定性的消除。不确定性的消除是信息,那么,官话、套话、大话,讲得再多,它的信息量、信息价值等于零。为什么?它并没有给你消除什么“不确定性”。因此,我们搞信息工作,搜集到的信息、制作出来的信息,一定要重视它的质量。
