目的评估无水乙醇和碘化油单独经导管肾动脉栓塞(TAE)和存在闭合的肾脏回路的TAE(TAE/CRC)猪肾坏死的程度和无水乙醇的泄露情况。方法所有的动物实验都符合有关动物关爱和试验原则。先将14只猪分成2组:一组是标准的TAE,一组是TAE/CRC。在TAE/CRC组中,肾动脉和静脉都用球囊导管阻塞。在TAE组中,只有肾动脉被阻塞。2组都要将无水乙醇(0.5mL/kg体质量)和碘油(乳化率为4∶1)乳化液注入肾动脉。
Objective To assess the extent of porcine kidney necrosis and absolute ethanol leakage in patients undergoing transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) and in the presence of closed renal loops (TAE / CRC) with absolute ethanol and iodized oil. Methods All animal experiments are in accordance with animal care and testing principles. Fourteen pigs were divided into two groups: one was a standard TAE and one was a TAE / CRC. In the TAE / CRC group, the renal arteries and veins were blocked with a balloon catheter. In the TAE group, only the renal artery was blocked. Both groups were given ethanol (0.5 mL / kg body weight) and lipiodol (emulsification rate 4: 1) emulsion into the renal artery.
