妨害国交罪是指妨害主权国家正常交往的犯罪,是部分国家国内法上确立的类罪名。文中指出妨害国交罪是具有国际法意义的犯罪,妨害国交罪立法是以现代国际法为依据,且增强现代国际法的法律性质和强化现代国际法的道德特性。
Disruptive State refers to the crime of hindering the normal exchanges of sovereign states crimes, is part of the national law established by the class charges. The article points out that it is an offense of international law that prejudices the state to commit crimes in the world. The legislation that prejudices the country is based on modern international law and enhances the legal nature of modern international law and strengthens the moral character of modern international law.
