本文报告采用经皮静脉穿刺心内膜临时起搏法治疗严重心律失常34例,并对其适应症、插管方法及途经等进行了讨论。认为该种方法操作简便,疗效肯定,适用于急症抢救。同时,本方法对可逆性房室传导阻滞或病窦综合征也是非常适用的。还可作为永久性起搏器植入前的一种过渡手段。
This article reports the use of percutaneous venous endocardial pacing in the treatment of 34 cases of severe arrhythmia, and its indications, intubation methods and route of discussion were discussed. That the method is simple, effective, for emergency treatment. At the same time, the method is also very suitable for reversible atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome. Can also be used as a permanent pacemaker implantation before a transitional means.
