目的 探讨获得最佳的CTVE图像效果和真实性而选用恰当扫描参数。方法 选用经胃镜诊断为胃癌30例病人,采用不同螺距、层厚和重叠重建间隔扫描参数制做胃的仿真内窥镜,并观察图像质量。结果 ①螺距为1.0,层厚为10mm、8mm、4mm时,CTVE的图像质量较佳百分比分别为83.33%,96.67%,80%。②固定8mm层厚时,螺距为1.0、1.5、2.0时,CTVE的图像质量较佳百分比分别为96.67%,80%、60%。③固定层厚10mm时,重建间隔重叠分别为25%、50%、75%的CTVE图像质量较佳百分比分别为83.33%、93.33%、93.33%。结论 采用8mm层厚、螺距1.0、重建重叠50%所得内窥镜图像质量较佳。
Objective To explore the best CTVE image effect and authenticity and choose appropriate scanning parameters. Methods Thirty patients diagnosed as gastric cancer by gastroscope were selected. We simulated gastric endoscopy with different pitch, slice thickness and overlapping reconstruction interval scanning parameters, and observed the image quality. Results ① The best image quality of CTVE was 83.33%, 96.67% and 80% when the pitch was 1.0 and the layer thickness was 10mm, 8mm and 4mm respectively. ② When the thickness of 8mm is fixed, the best image quality of CTVE is 96.67%, 80% and 60% respectively when the pitch is 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0. (3) When the fixed layer thickness is 10mm, the best percentages of CTVE image overlap are 25%, 50% and 75% respectively, which are 83.33%, 93.33% and 93.33% respectively. Conclusion 8mm thickness, pitch 1.0, reconstruction 50% overlap obtained endoscopic better image quality.
