混合装配线可在同一条线上混合连续地生产不同的变型产品,提高生产效率,减少了在制品的数量,增强了生产线的灵活性及适应性。在考虑如何调整产品投放顺序的基础,再进一步思考调整产品之间进入装配线的间隔时间将使得装配线更加的高效,减少瓶颈工位的产生。本文正是研究可变投放间隔下混合装配线的排序问题。提出了排序的目标函数,可变投放间隔算法以及改进的模拟退火算法,最后用数据对算法进行验证。
Mixed assembly line can be mixed in the same line to continuously produce different variant products, improve production efficiency, reduce the number of products in process and enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the production line. After considering how to adjust the order in which products are placed, further consideration should be given to adjusting the interval time between assembly lines to make the assembly line more efficient and reduce the bottleneck station. This article is about the sequencing of mixed assembly lines with variable delivery intervals. A sort of objective function, a variable placement interval algorithm and an improved simulated annealing algorithm are proposed. Finally, the data is used to verify the algorithm.
