目的探讨纳洛酮对吗啡急性注射所致大鼠EEG变化的阻断作用。方法将大鼠随机分为3组,做植入式脑电手术,手术后1周监测EEG作为各自的前对照,分别腹腔注射(ip)生理盐水1ml,吗啡10mg/kg,同时腹腔注射吗啡(10mg/kg)与纳洛酮(4mg/kg),10min后记录EEG。结果1生理盐水没有引发EEG变化;2注射吗啡后30~100分钟γ明显减少(P<0.05)。3纳洛酮拮抗吗啡组在30~90分钟γ变化不明显。结论吗啡急性注射会引起大鼠γ波的变化,纳洛酮能够阻断该变化,并且两者都具有时间依赖性。
Objective To investigate the blocking effect of naloxone on the changes of EEG in rats induced by acute morphine injection. Methods EEG rats were randomly divided into 3 groups and underwent EEG implantation. One week after the operation, EEG was monitored as their respective pre-control. 1 ml of normal saline and 10 mg / kg of morphine were intraperitoneally injected respectively, and intraperitoneal injection of morphine 10mg / kg) and naloxone (4mg / kg), EEG was recorded after 10min. Results 1 Normal saline did not cause EEG changes; 2 After 30 to 100 minutes of morphine injection, the levels of γ were significantly decreased (P <0.05). 3 naloxone antagonistic morphine group in 30 ~ 90 minutes γ did not change significantly. Conclusion Morphine acute injection can induce the change of γ wave in rats. Naloxone can block this change, and both of them are time-dependent.
