目前,我国的动画专业是一个很有前景的专业,而且许多国家都把这向专业作为了国家的支柱产业。当然,现在我国的动画产业也渐渐步入新的篇章,有了很好的起色,国家也很重视这项专业,如今在动画行业也越来好走,加入的人也越来越多。所以,我国先后开设了动画专业。但是学生的就业问题却成了一个大问题,因为很多学生都达不到动画公司的要求,从而导致就业力下降,其主要原因是因为学生的动手能力太差。由此可以看出,许多高校在处理学生动手能力方面需要有很大的改善,而学校应该组织开展专业的实践教学活动,把理念与实际相结合,校方还应该带领学生组建动画工作室,不断开展校企合作等活动。

The main reason is that students have poor hands-on skills. It can be seen that many colleges and universities need to be greatly improved in handling students’ abilities, and schools should organize professional practice teaching activities to combine ideas with reality. Schools should also lead students to set up animation studios continuously Carry out school-enterprise cooperation and other activities.
