研究了3种配体(ConA、WGA、ZymosanA)引起的巨噬细胞溶酶体pH值动态变化情况。结果显示,在配体加入后溶酶体pH很快上升,5min左右达到峰值.提示受体介导内吞引起的溶酶体pH的上升,不是由于溶酶体体积增加引起的,而是由于内吞体酸化引起细胞内外离子变化所致。
The dynamic changes of lysosomes in macrophages induced by three ligands (ConA, WGA and ZymosanA) were studied. The results showed that the lysosomal pH increased rapidly after the addition of the ligand and peaked at around 5 min. Suggesting that receptor-mediated endocytosis caused by increased lysosomal pH, not due to increased lysosome volume caused, but due to endocytosis caused by changes in cells inside and outside ions.
