当前,我省党员“双学”活动从总体上来说,发展是顺利的、健康的。各级党委抓“双学”的责任意识明显增强,形成了层层抓落实的工作格局;“双学”活动不断向广度和深度发展,学习效果进一步增强;主题实践活动不断深化,学以致用的空气更加浓厚;“双学”活动与农村基层组织建设紧密结合,有力地促进了农村基层组织建设。但与中央的要求相比,还存在一定的差距。一些地方和单位的领导思想认识还有差距,进展不平衡,存在着学习一般化现象;有些单位学习不够认真,有的甚至没有按规定的要求认真学习;在联系实际解决突出问题
